The program goal for the United Way's PATH (Providing Access To Healing) for students is, "To improve access to mental health services for children and youth experiencing barriers to care in the community".
The United Way's PATH for Students and the Kaukauna Area School District are working together to provide students in Kaukauna High School the opportunity to receive school based counseling services.
The United Way's PATH for Students is a partnership between United Way Fox Cities, Family Services of Northeast WI, Inc., Lutheran Social Services, and the Kaukauna Area School District (KASD). The purpose of this collaborative partnership is to offer mental health outreach and treatment services to the students and their parents of the KASD. It is our belief that the combined commitment and expertise of our respective agencies, our knowledge and services to schools in a variety of Northeast Wisconsin communities, the credentialing of our programs and the strong history of quality outcomes will allow for improved access to quality mental health services for students and families within our district.
Completed forms are a prerequisite for counseling to begin. Participation in counseling is voluntary.
If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, or desire more information please contact your student's school counselor.
