HEY all you blood donors out there!! The blood drive you signed up for is in TWO days!! In order to make the donation process fast and efficient, please drink a lot of water today and tonight and eat plenty of high iron foods with vitamin C. Also please wear a short-sleeved shirt when you donate and eat a really good breakfast. THANKS for being a life-saver!!
