Congratulations to the KHS Forensics team for placing 4th in D2 at Oshkosh North this past Saturday. Congrats to Kyarra Furman for placing first in poetry and third in prose, Anna Livermore for playing 6th in Impromptu Speaking, Chelsea Poppleton for playing 6th in poetry, and Linnea Wolfe, Matthew Mielke, Hope Hietpas, Kaci Franzen, and Nora Boucher for placing 5th in Play Acting! A special shout out to the entire team for rocking the competition at subdistrict Monday night!

Congratulations to Norah Bowers for taking 5th place on floor at Conference Friday night with an 8.4! Way to rock it Norah!!! Now time for Sectionals!

A big THANK YOU to KHS students, staff and community members for their blood donations last week. Collectively our school collected 15.3 gallons, had 31 first time donors and saved 366 lives !!!

Attention seniors planning to attend a Technical College in Wisconsin.  The Wisconsin Technical Excellence Scholarship application is now available in Student Services. The Technical Excellence Scholarship awards 3 students a scholarship in the amount of $2, 225 a year for up to 3 years.  This is a points based scholarship and not based on GPA so any senior planning to attend a Technical College is encouraged to apply.  Stop in Student Services for more information.

Attention Seniors:  The Vietnam Veterans of America Appleton Area Chapter 351 is offering (4) $1500 scholarships to graduating seniors that write an original narrative essay based on your interview with any US military veteran of any branch of services during Jan 1959-May 1975.  Stop in Student Service to pick up your application today!

Attention Seniors:  If you participated on the Ghost Varsity Football team, you are eligible to apply for the Kaukauna Quarterback Club scholarship.  Applications are now available in Student Services.  Deadline to apply is March 2.
