You are still able to submit Secrets to be placed in the Post Secret book through Friday, February 25th. There is a box in the library and a box in student services for you to place your secrets in.  

 

Are you making a difference in the lives of kids with cancer?  The Children's Cancer Family Foundation gives $1000 to a local student in any grade level who passionately pursues a mission of helping children in our community battling cancer.  Deadline is Feb 28.  Stop in Student Services for more information. 

 

Attention Seniors:  A reminder that the Al Zierler Memorial Scholarship application for those graduating seniors that plan to study business is available through the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley website.  Log into Xello for this scholarship application along with many others that Kaukauna High School students are eligible for.  Deadline is March 1.  

 

Capital Credit Union is offering (10) $2500 scholarships to high school seniors pursuing post-secondary education.  This scholarship is open to all who are members of Capital Credit Union.  Log into Xello to fill out your application.  Deadline is March 4.

 

There will be a College Fair held at Xavier High School on Tuesday, March 8 from 6:00-8:30pm.  Free admission.  Register and learn more about each school.  Stop in Student Services for more information.

 

Attention Seniors:  The Great Fox Cities Chapter of Credit Unions will award $1000 scholarships to (3) graduating seniors who are active members of participating credit unions.  Deadline is March 31.  Stop in Student Services to pick up your application today.

 

The Fox River Valley Section of ISA (The International Society of Automation) will award (5) scholarships to graduating seniors that plan to pursue an automation or process control related course of study.  Applications can be found in Student Services.  Deadline to apply is April 1.

 

Attention Seniors:  The John Aman Memorial (Unison Credit Union) scholarship application is available both online and paper copies in Student Services.  This $2000 scholarship will be awarded to students who best mirror the credit union philosophy of "people helping people" and who have learned the importance of volunteerism and giving back to his or her community.  

 

The Outagamie County Bar Association application is also available in Student Services.  This $1000 scholarship will be awarded to a student who will be pursuing education in law or criminal justice.  

 

Attention Seniors:  The United Veterinary Service is offering $1000 to any student in Outagamie County who was enrolled in a supervised animal project in 4-H, FFA or Scouting.  There are no restrictions regarding the area of study the student pursues.  Stop in Student Services for your application.

 

Attention seniors planning to attend a Technical College in Wisconsin.  The Wisconsin Technical Excellence Scholarship application is now available in Student Services. The Technical Excellence Scholarship awards 3 students a scholarship in the amount of $2, 225 a year for up to 3 years.  This is a points based scholarship and not based on GPA so any senior planning to attend a Technical College is encouraged to apply.  Stop in Student Services for more information.

 

Attention Seniors:  The Elk's Technical College Scholarship applications are available in Student Services.  If you are planning on going to a Technical school in the fall, pick up your application today!

If you are interested in being considered for Class Speaker at Graduation, you need to submit a draft of your speech to Mrs. Xiong via email before Noon this Friday. Please see Mrs. Xiong in E111 if you have any questions.

 

ThedaCare is reinstating the Summer Volunteer Program this year, after two years of absence due to COVID.  Students must be at least 16 years old by the start of the program.  This is an 11-week volunteer commitment, which begins on June 9 and concludes on August 26.  Students typically volunteer once a week for a 3-4 hour shift.  For more information, stop in Student Services.
