Today is the  Blood Drive. If you signed up to donate on this date,  please do the following: Show up on time to the donation location which is in the hallway by the  auxiliary gym…..bring your student ID to the auxiliary gym, continue to drink plenty of fluids all day, eat a really good breakfast, hopefully you have a short sleeved shirt on and get prepared to taste and vote on the bake-off items!! Thanks much for being a lifesaver today!!!

 

Over 700 student and staff secrets were compiled during the Post Secret activity. These secrets have been made into an amazing book.

Post-Secret Books are for sale in the KHS Library for $3.00. Supply is limited, so stop by anytime this week to get your book before they are gone.

Hello KHS students. NHS and HOSA are teaming together to run a hygiene products drive taking place May 2-6th to benefit families in need in our district.

 

Help Kaukauna Girls Soccer fight childhood cancer next Tuesday, May 3rd. There will be a basket raffle with 40+ baskets, a silent auction, and a 50/50 raffle. JV kickoff is at 4:30 and Varsity is at 7. See you there! 

 

Kaukauna Girls soccer is hosting a penny war to support a young boy diagnosed with cancer in our community. The penny war will be located in the office from now until May 3rd. It will be Juniors and seniors against freshman and sophomores, all coins are positive and any cash will subtract money. Losers from the soccer team will be getting whipped cream in the face after the cancer benefit came on May 3rd against Kimberly. 

 

Please bring hygiene items like toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, dental floss, feminine products, hand sanitizer, bar or liquid soap and shampoo to Mrs. Miller-Flynn's room or Mrs. Moseng. Make sure you record the number of items you brought in because every 6 items will allow you to enter the drawing for gift cards. 

All items donated will be made available to students/families in need from our district.

For student council elections students must visit Mr. Dunphy’s room to pick up an Application form by May 3rd. Elections will be on May 10th. 

 

 Reminder all students registered for the CNA course at KHS for the 22-23 school year have a mandatory virtual parent meeting tonight.  Any questions see Mrs Moseng in D109.

 

ThedaCare is offering three free healthcare bootcamps this summer.  This is a limited job shadowing experience.  See Mrs Moseng in D109 for additional details.

AP Exams start next week. Schedules will be posted outside the office and on the KHS Facebook page. Please arrive by 7:30 for your 8AM exams and by 11:30 for your 12PM exams. If you're taking an afternoon exam, please eat first lunch and then arrive to check in at 11:30 at your designated location. If you take a morning exam, you will have 30 minutes for lunch after the exam is finished. Best of luck and don't forget sharpened pencils and black ink pens!
