A rep from UW-Eau Claire will be in Student Services during FLEX on Thursday, September 22.  Sign up in Edficiency if you are interested.

 

There will be informational sessions regarding the Early College Credit and Start College Now programs during flex on Thursday, September 22nd and Thursday, September 29th.  These programs allow students to take college classes during high school.  Please sign up for Mr Binsfeld's flex in the Student Services Classroom to participate.  

 

Attention Seniors - College Goal Wisconsin is offering free FAFSA completion events to assist families with filling out the financial aid application for college. This is a great way to get free assistance and get the FAFSA form completed.  They also offer scholarship drawings for those that attend.   Go to collegegoalwi.org to register for the event.  Stop in Student Services for more information.

 

Attention Seniors:   AES Engineering belief is that achieving a high grade point average should not be the only criteria for determining who deserves to be helped. For that reason they are offering a scholarship that will be awarded on the basis of character, as determined by an evaluation of the essays that are submitted.

This award is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary educational facility.You are not required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible.  Log into Xello for the link to the online application.

 

Attention Sophomores & Juniors:  The PSAT test is great practice for the S.A.T.  Juniors who score high enough may enter the National Merit Scholarship program.  The test will be offered on Wednesday, October 12 in Student Services.  Tests are limited and the cost is $18.  Stop in Student Services today for more information if you are interested.  Sign up deadline is Oct. 7.

 

Attention Students….would you like to help save  lives without the hassle of medical school? Now you can….just by donating blood!!Blood donors help save lives and NHS is teaming up with the Community Blood Center on the 28th to do just that. Be a hero by donating blood...you must be 17 or older to donate or 16 with a parent permission slip signed. 

 

Join Project 7 student-led Bible study every Friday for food, fun, and fellowship in room E209. Hope to see you there!
