A rep from Queen Mary University of London will be in Student Services on Monday, Nov 21 during FLEX.  Sign up in Edficiency if you are interested.

 

Ski Club forms are available in the High School office.  The online registration ends on December 7th.  

 

Will this be the year the students win the food drive? What a sCANdal that would be! Be sure to stop down in the commons to drop off your non-perishable goods if you are a student. If you are a member of the band, leave your goods in the band room. The race is razor thin, so don’t wait to donate! Monday is the last day!!

 

Any boys interested in playing golf next Spring, please sign up in Mrs. Becker's office.

 

Last call for the bake sale after school in the commons today, help LEAD purchase toys for children in need. Please stop by the commons to pick up some treats!

 

Since Thanksgiving is coming up we need your help dressing the turkey… but it's not just any turkey, Gertrude the gratitude turkey or Gertie for short will be hanging around in the commons in your lunch periods. Please consider writing what you are thankful for on the feather during your lunch period and dress up Gertrude the gratitude turkey or Gertie for short for those who do, your feather will be possibly drawn for the best prize ever which will make you the celebrity of our school like Arianna Grande with a custom Xbox controller! There will be 3 of them given away.        

 

KHS HOSA and St. Paul Elder services are so excited to announce that we are hosting a screening of a Wisconsin-made documentary about family caregivers for those with memory loss, UNCONDITIONAL: A JOURNEY OF SELFLESS LOVE.  This event offers expertise ahead of the challenging holiday season for family caregivers. The film was produced by an Appleton filmmaker.  Any student who attends for the screening on Monday November 21st, at 6pm in the KHS auditorium will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card of their choice.  Any questions see Mrs Moseng in D109.

 

Any student interested in EMergency Medical Services.  The EMS Conference offers an experience with ons-on learning lab with activities and demonstrations of rescue, preparedness and skills training.  Registration is now.  See Mrs. Moseng in D109 for additional details.
