Congratulations to Kylie VanElzen.  She has qualified to attend the International HOSA-Future Health Professionals Conference in June, for taking 2nd place in Physical Therapy at the State Conference this pas weekend.

 

Congrats to all the KHS Forensics team members who competed at WFCA State on April 1! Congratulations to Liz Lamers who was a State finalist in Radio announcing, Aubrey Norred who placed 4th out of 85 competitors in Prose, and Kiran Lison and Emily Bolstad for placing 3rd in Play Acting! 

 

Youth Apprentice and COOP students must complete form on Google classroom for grade 

Make sure this is done by Tuesday or your grade is incomplete

 

If you are graduating and are a Youth Apprentice there are two forms to complete in Person  with a signature. See Mr lawrence in F118

 

A rep from Fox Valley Technical College will be in Student Services on Friday, April 14 during FLEX.  Sign up in Edficiency if you are interested.

 

Marian University will host a nurse camp open to high school students graduating in 2024 or 2025 interested in nursing and other health sciences.  The cost is $25 and the deadline to apply is May 1.  Stop in Student Services for more information.

 

Prom 2023 is Saturday, April 22nd. 8PM-12 midnight.

Tickets will be sold this week Tuesday thru Friday in the commons during both lunches and after school 3:15-3:30.

Tickets are $25 each [cash or check written to Kaukauna HS]. 

No tickets will be sold at the door.

You need to be a junior or senior OR the guest of a junior or senior to attend.

 

Prom Guest passes are available in the office. They need to be returned no later than 3:30pm on Friday, April 14th. 

 

Attention KHS students, how does a magnificent taco bar sound? .Burgers, brats, delicious bars, mouth-watering cookies and cupcakes for snacks as well?  The April 27th  Blood Drive will provide a free lunch to anyone donating during their lunch period and a bake-off jam-packed with delicious goodies, available all day. Students will be excused for one hour during the school day to donate blood. Sign-ups are taking place in the commons by the nurse’s office during both lunches and after school now!!

 

This Friday, April 14th is the National Day of Silence.  This day honors those who are often ignored and forced to remain silent because of their identities.  If interested in being silent on Friday, please see Ms. Wilda in E219.
