Attention Seniors:  The Keegan Grimm Scholarship is now available in Student Services.  Applicants will be judged upon academic efforts and achievement, school and community involvement, and service to others.  Deadline to apply is March 30.

 

Career Excelerate of Wisconsin is offering a free teacher’s aide certification for high school students. This certification hosted at Fox Valley Technical College includes Health Safety & Nutrition and Child Development courses. These courses will prepare individuals to work in a variety of early childhood settings.  Students earn a 6 credit ECE Teacher Aide certificate, and the opportunity to continue their education towards an associate or bachelor's degree in education. There is no cost to students who qualify for the program.  Stop in Student Services for more information.

 

Attention Seniors:  Deadlines for some of the scholarship applications are coming up soon.  Please continue to log into Xello to see the full list of scholarship opportunities available on a regular basis through the end of the school year.  If you have any questions, stop in Student Services.

 

The Casa Hispana Scholarship is now ready to accept applications from Hispanic students who are interested in pursuing their academic goals.  The link for the application can be found in Xello.  Deadline to apply is Feb. 1.  If you have any questions, please stop in Student Services.

 

The Calumet County Farm Bureau application is available.  Log into Xello or stop in Student Services for more information.

 

Attention Seniors:  The Local Scholarship Meeting will be held on Monday, February 5th in the Auditorium 1st, 2nd, 3A, 4th, and 5th hour for any senior planning to apply for local scholarships.  This meeting is mandatory.  Please bring your chromebooks or laptops. You will not be allowed to apply without coming to a meeting. If you have English this trimester, you will be coming with your class. See Mrs. Josephs in student services if you are unable to attend on the 5th or for more information.

 

Congratulations to the Kaukauna Gymnastics team for winning last night against Sheboygan South with a score of 118.05 to 112.5. Way to go ladies!!! All your coaches are very proud of you and your hard work! Keep it up!

Sophomore Athena Xiong took 1st on floor with an 8.0, 2nd on beam with a 7.575, 4th on bars with a 6.9, 4th on vault with an 8.0 and 2nd for all around with a 30.5.

Sophomore Lilly Hubers took 2nd on vault with an 8.3, 2nd on floor with a 7.85, 5th on beam with a 7.175 and 3rd for all around with a 28.8. 

Freshman Agape Koester took 3rd on bars with a 6.95, 4th on floor with a 7.25 and 4th for all around with a 28.55. 

Sophomore Oriana Gietner took 5th on bars with a 6.9. 

Junior Alli Resch took 4th on beam with a 7.325 and 5th on floor with a 7.05. 

 

Our JV girls did just as well!

Sophomore Hadassah Hammen took 1st on vault with a 7.6 and 1st on beam with a 6.9. 

Junior Savannah Potter took 1st on bars with a 5.7 and 1st for all around with a 27.05.

Freshman McKinley Isaacs took 1st on floor with a 7.5

Our next meet is next Tuesday at Manitowoc Lincoln.
