Congratulations to Sophomore, Athena Xiong, for placing 4th on beam at sectionals on Saturday. She is headed to state for individual competition next Saturday! Way to go Athena!!!

Our KHS forensics team won first place in Division 1 this past weekend at Zephyrs Classic at St. Mary's Catholic High School! Lillian Pingel won first place in Oral Interpretation along with Hope Hietpas and Burke Sprangers winning first place in Play Acting. Audrey Arnoldussen, Annabel Patschke, Linnea Wolfe, Aubrey Norred, Hope Hietpas, Madison Baehr, Rory Baer, Via Bently, and Matthew Mielke all won 2nd place in their categories! Rory Baer took home third place in Impromptu Speaking along with Audrey Arnoldussen and Allie Hanson in Play Acting. Congrats to Cameron Hutchison who also won third place in Radio Speaking! And congratulations to our finalists Madison Baehr in Solo Humorous Acting and Amethyst Myers in Storytelling!.  

Attention Seniors:  The John Aman Memorial (Unison Credit Union) scholarship application is available both online in Xello and paper copies in Student Services.  This $2000 scholarship will be awarded to students who best mirror the credit union philosophy of "people helping people" and who have learned the importance of volunteerism and giving back to his or her community.  Deadline to apply is March 22.
