A rep from the U.S. Air Force will be in Student Services during Flex on Wednesday, March 6.  Sign up in Edficiency if you are interested.

 

The United States Naval Academy Summer Seminar and Summer STEM Programs for June opened on January 4th and will close on April 15th. These programs are a great opportunity for students to learn about the Naval Academy or visit Annapolis, Maryland for a vibrant week of problem-solving, exploratory learning, critical thinking, and team building.  There are scholarships available for those who may not be able to afford the programs and/or travel. Do not let money be a deterrence. For more information, stop in Student Services.

 

Attention Seniors:  If you participated in at least two years of the River Surge FC program, or the Electric City Soccer program, prior to the merger,  which includes playing, refereering, coaching, or volunteering as a Tops Soccer buddy, you may qualify for a $500 scholarship from River Surge.  Applications can be found in Student Services.  Deadline is March 15.

 

Attention Seniors:  If you are planning on attending a 2-year or 4-year college or university in the Fall, with plans to study a field related to:  natural resources, forestry, environmental science, conservation, wildlife management or a similar program, stop in Student Services to pick up an application to the Delta Waterfowl $1,000 scholarship to be awarded to a Fox Valley area student.

 

Attention Seniors:   The UW HELP Emma D. Boettiger Scholarship was established to encourage the pursuit of a post-secondary degree in the Universities of Wisconsin. The scholarship will award two academic scholarships to Wisconsin high school students who plan to enroll at a Universities of Wisconsin institution beginning Fall 2024 term.  The scholarship is a renewable 4 year scholarship of $2,000.  Log into Xello to start your application.

 

The Outagamie County Bar Association application is available in Student Services.  This $1000 scholarship will be awarded to a student who will be pursuing education in law or criminal justice.  

 

Boys Tennis Organizational Meeting will be held on Monday, March 11th at 3:30 in the KHS library.

If you are interested in joining the team it is important that you attend this meeting. We will discuss important information and details regarding the team.

In the event that you cannot make the meeting, you can stop in the KHS office on Wednesday, March 13th to collect an informational packet.
