On April 9th from 5:30-7:30pm, UW-Platteville is hosting Pioneering Platteville Engineering Event at the UW-Oshkosh Fox Cities Campus. This is a great opportunity for students to learn about UW-Platteville without having to travel to Platteville.  Register if you are interested.  More information can be found in Student Services.

There will be a meeting for all girls interested in playing high school volleyball on today, during flex.  The meeting will be in the team room – A147.  Information regarding 2024 summer opportunities and schedules will be shared, and players will be expected to sign up for the activities they will be participating in – Tuesday night league and Prep Dig tournament.  Please reach out to Darrin (greatdaytobeaghost@gmail.com) or Jodi (ghostvolleyball@gmail.com) if you are unable to attend. 

The Pacesetter of the Fox Cities scholarship application is now available for seniors involved in track or cross country.   Last year (5) $500 scholarships were awarded with one going to a KHS student!  Log into Xello for the online application.  Deadline to apply is April 30.

WIT Wisconsin has announced its latest virtual webinar event focused on careers in the gaming industry.  This event will be held on Friday, April 19 from 11:30-1:00.  If you’re curious about how to get into gaming or if you want to better understand career opportunities in gaming, and quite simply how to get started, you should join this FREE event.  You must register for this Event.  Stop in Student Services if you are interested.  

Ghost Crew Application Information. 

Attention current sophomore and junior students. 

On April 9th there will be an informational meeting about the application process to be a Ghost Crew Mentor for the 2024-25 school year.    Meeting Details:  4/9/2024 @7:45am in the KHS auditorium. 

Each year, the Pacesetter awards scholarships to high school seniors who are involved in track or cross country. The application deadline is April 30th. For more information, be sure to check out the Pacesetter website.

Attention Ladies, The third annual Women in Public Safety Day event, organized by the Appleton Police Department and hosted at the Fox Valley Technical College Public Safety Training Center.  This event is designed to provide young women with valuable insights into the diverse and rewarding careers within the public safety sector.  The event will be held on April 25 from 8:00am - 4:00pm.  Stop in Student Services for more information.
