Attention Students….would you like to help save  lives without the hassle of medical school? Now you can….just by donating blood!!Blood donors help save lives and NHS is teaming up with the Community Blood Center on the 17th to do just that. Be a hero by donating blood...you must be 17 or older to donate or 16 with a parent permission slip signed. 

 

Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region scholarship application is currently available for students graduating from Kaukauna High School.  The complete list is posted in Xello.  Only one common application is needed to fill out for any of the scholarships you qualify for.  If you have any questions, please stop in Student Services.

 

The Thomas Lutsey-Waseda Farms scholarship is accepting applications for Seniors that plan to pursue a career with an agriculture focus that will enhance rural communities. The scholarship has a value of $10,000.   Log into Xello for more information.

 

Attention Juniors:  The Horatio Alger Association is shifting the focus of their scholarship program to award high school juniors instead of seniors.  To qualify you must demonstrate a financial need and exhibit integrity and perseverance in overcoming personal adversity.  The scholarship value ranges from $10,000 to $25,000!   Log into Xello or stop in Student Services for more information.

 

Capital Credit Union is offering (10) $2500 scholarships to high school seniors pursuing post-secondary education.  This scholarship is open to all who are members of Capital Credit Union.  Log into Xello to fill out your application.  Deadline is March 4.

 

A rep from Bellin College will be in Student Services on Monday, Feb 14 during FLEX.  Sign up in edficiency if you are interested.

 

A rep from UW-Milwaukee will be in Student Services TODAY during Flex.

 

Attention Seniors:  

The Local Elks Constitution Scholarship Exam will be held on Wednesday, March 2nd at 3:25 pm in Room F208.  The exam tests one’s knowledge of the U.S. Constitution. The local winner is eligible to compete for scholarships worth up to $3500 at the state level. The deadline to sign up for the local exam is Friday, February 18th. Please see Mr. Lee in F208 for more details. 

 

Also, the Elk's Technical College Scholarship applications are available in Student Services.  If you are planning on going to a Technical school in the fall, pick up your application today!
