Individuals, community groups, or organizations who wish to distribute flyers or brochures must meet certain criteria and complete the “Request for Permission to Distribute Materials” form.
The completed request and sample flyer should be dropped off at the District office (1701 County CE) for approval, or emailed to Erin Kape.
Organizations will have the opportunity for distribution monthly during the school year, via electronic parent newsletters at applicable school buildings. Distribution of these the school newsletters will be on or near the first day of each month that school is in session. The request for permission should be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the first Monday of each month.
