What Is Ghost Academy?
Kaukauna Area School District Ghost Academy is a unique opportunity for a group of interested community members to engage in a 9-month cohort experience designed to enhance the understanding of the mission and strategic goals of the Kaukauna Area School District. Its primary goal is to foster leadership development within our school community.
About the Sessions
There are 9 sessions - one per month during the school year. Selected members are asked to commit to the entirety of the program and each of the sessions.
Throughout the sessions members will:
- Learn about a specific aspect of the district and how it operates
- Have an opportunity to collaborate with administrators and staff throughout the district
- Make connections with each other and build relationships
Why Join Ghost Academy?
Over the course of this nine-month program, participants will develop a deeper understanding about the operations and strategic priorities of KASD, network with other community and district leaders, and engage in collaborative discussion around key topics impacting education today.
