Continuous Improvement
How We Got Here
In April of 2022, Kaukauna Area School District hosted the Future Strong Summit with over 200 community members, staff, parents, business leaders, and students. During the 3-day event, information and data were collected from our stakeholders regarding what they believe should be the priorities of our district moving forward. To find out more about the Future Strong Summit, please visit our Future Strong Summit page.
Over the spring and summer of 2022, our district formed a leadership team consisting of District Office personnel, administrators, and teachers to create the categories and Key Performance Indicators for our Continuous Improvement Plan based on the priorities set forth by our key stakeholders during the Future Strong Summit. This Continuous Improvement Plan has been a collaboration effort with over 300 people from our district and community. |
Continuous Improvement Plan
Our Continuous Improvement Plan contains 4 main categories including:
- Learning and Academics
- Finance, Operations and Facilities
- Safe and Healthy Schools
- Engagement and Connectedness
Under each category, there are multiple Key Performance Indicators (KPI) along with information on the category weighting for each KPI. There is also a rationale for each category. Please note that some of our KPIs were things that we have never measured as a District before, so we are still in the process of collecting baseline data throughout this school year. Therefore, you will notice that some categories do not yet have a score. Once that data is collected, the scorecard will be updated to reflect our current score for that KPI and category.
