We offer opportunities for extended learning, free choice, homework assistance, snack, group activities and more. Our Before/After School Care programs are run in collaboration with the Heart of the Valley YMCA.
KASD offers before school care, starting at 6:30 a.m. and after-school care until 6:00 p.m. at Tanner, NDLC/Quinney, Haen and Park Elementary Schools.

4K Wrap-Around Care
Kaukauna Area School District wants to ensure that all students have the opportunity to attend our public 4K, creating a positive first school experience for incoming students. To help make this happen, KASD, in collaboration with the Heart of the Valley YMCA provides wrap-around childcare for our 4K students, along with the before- and after-school care already provided at our school sites.
Families are able to drop off and pick up children between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. from the first through the last day of school. Busing will be available through Kobussen. Extended care options are available on in-service days (half and full), as well as vacation days, but will not be available on holidays or inclement weather days.
Care providers are YMCA employees who have been trained and meet requirements for early childhood.
If you have additional questions about any of our extended childcare options, please don't hesitate to contact:
