New Student Registration
If you are a new family to the District, welcome!
We are so happy you're joining the KASD family! Here are a few steps to get you started with registration:
- Visit our Online Registration Kiosk and select "Start New Registration"
- Complete the registration form. If you have any questions or need help, please contact our District Registrar Kelsey Norton at 920-759-6109.
- We will review your information and contact you letting you know the next steps within a few days.
- Once approved, you'll be asked to create a Parent Portal account so you can access your student's information. You also may be asked to fill out paperwork for free/reduced lunch and bus transportation during the school year.
Please note: If you already have a student in the Kaukauna Area School District, simply log into your existing Parent Portal account to register a new student. Just navigate to MORE, then choose Online Registration on the left side menu to add a new student.
Once you have completed the online enrollment or registration process, you may be asked to bring the following documents to the District Office located at 1701 County Road CE, Kaukauna (same building as Kaukauna High School):
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Verification of address: rental agreement, utility bill, bank statement or phone bill with correct or current address
- Current immunization records
- A copy of the current Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for students receiving special education services
