How can I access My Learning Plan and the CESA 6 Moodle site?
As noted at your training session, My Learning Plan is a web based system that can be accessed via any internet connection, including through Ipad and similar hardware, Ipod Touch and smart phones. The CESA 6 Moodle site is also web based and can be accessed in a similar manner.

Aligning Artifacts to the Documentation Log
When uploading documents to the Documentation Log, you will need to align the artifacts to the applicable standard. Absent aligning a document to a standard, your artifacts will simply be uploaded to your documentation log and will not be categorized under a particular standard.
For example, documents that were uploaded as artifacts, but not fully aligned will simply be noted as an added artifact and will appear prior to the standards.
Once you have named your artifact, entered a description, chosen the type(s) of artifact the document represents and selected a category, you must then align the document to a standard(s). When doing so, after selecting the information for the two drop down menus, you MUST click the green plus icon for “Add Criteria.” If you do not choose “Add Criteria,” you will simply be uploading the document without aligning it to a standard.
If you have already uploaded your documents and they did not align to a standard in the documentation log, you can go back into the upload file screen to align the artifact. To do so:
- Click on “My Evaluations”
- Click on “Artifact Files”
- Select the edit icon (the icon that looks like a pencil).
- To align the artifact, follow the steps noted on the previous page.
Reflection for the Documentation Log
Once you have uploaded your artifacts to the Documentation Log, you will need to provide reflection for those artifacts. The questions have arisen as to (1) where to provide that reflection and (2) what my reflection should consist of.
First, as to where to provide the reflection, you will do so in the Documentation Log itself in the box, “Artifact Summary/Reflection. This box will appear for each standard for a total of 6 summaries/reflections.
Second, you will be summarizing and reflecting on all of the artifacts you upload in the one area for the summary/reflection per standard. You will not do individual summaries/reflections for each document you have uploaded for the 6 standards. Rather, you will provide a summary and essentially “group reflection” on all of the documents you uploaded for the standard.
For example, if I have uploaded lesson plans and summative test scores for the standard “Assessment For and Of Learning,” I may note that the lesson plans provided are examples of the manner in which I have differentiated instruction. The summative test scores were compiled for this unit that then allowed me to reteach certain concepts that the students did not grasp as well as I had intended.
As pointed out in the first FAQ, your reflection should take into account the indicators for each of the standards.
Your reflection should NOT be included in the “Description” box for the artifact in the “Add Artifact” box as shown below. Rather, the purpose of the “Description” entry is for you to describe the document to your evaluator. For example, if my document was a Lesson Plan, I could describe that the Lesson Plan was for my 3 rd grade Math unit on using arrays to assist with division.
