It’s not too late to get involved with the NHS Blood Drive being held Thursday, September
24th and Tuesday, Sept 29th… sign-ups are in the commons during both lunches or after school
today!! You also have an opportunity to win a Trek Bicycle just by donating.

 

Wisconsin Education Fairs will be hosting virtual college fairs on Sept. 16th, October 7th and November 8th.  Over 150 colleges, universities, specialty schools and military branches will be available to explore.  They will also offer financial aid presentations.  Please visit wefs.org for more information and to register.

 

Any students interested in the Early College Credit Program or Start College Now this spring should see Mr Binsfeld in student services before the deadline of October 1st.  Students should check Edficiency for Flex time sessions available starting September 18th with Mr Binsfeld.

 

Attention Seniors:  The Herb Kohl Student Excellence Scholarship application is now available online.  The Foundation awards $10,000 scholarships to 100 Wisconsin high school graduates each year.  Stop in Student Services if you have any questions.

 

A virtual visit from Milwaukee School of Engineering will be held during Flex time on Sept 17.

 

A virtual visit with Central Michigan University will be held on Sept 21 during FLEX time.  A virtual visit with Colby College in Maine will be held on Sept 22 during FLEX time.  A virtual visit with UW-Oshkosh will be held on Sept 24 during FLEX time.  Sign up if you are interested in learning more about any of these schools.

 

The Horatio Alger scholarship application is now available for scholarships ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 for financial need students whose adjusted gross family income is less than $55,000.  Applications can be found online.  Stop in Student Services for more information.


A virtual rep from North Park University, Illinois will be available during FLEX time on Monday, Sept 28 and Grand Canyon University, Arizona, on Tuesday, Sept 29 during FLEX time.

 

Gamers Club is up and running again this year on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in room E222 for both lunches. Hang out in a smaller lunch setting with opportunities to meet new people, play video and board games, do puzzles, or just enjoy your lunch! Hope to see you!

 

Reminder to students:  parking permits are required in order to park in the parking lot.  If you still need a parking permit, please pick up an application in the high school main office.  Bring the completed application to Mrs. Brouch's office along with your valid driver's license and $15. 

 

Attention Engineers!  Informational meetings will be held this tuesday and thursday during flex time this week and next week. Make sure you sign up .  All are welcome.    We will discuss this years goals and what Engineering club is  all about. If you can't make it see Mr. O in F110.

 

Students interested in jazz band should schedule to virtually or physically meet during Flex Time on September 22nd for a meeting. All students who play a musical instrument are welcome!
