Attention Seniors: The John Aman Memorial (Unison Credit Union) scholarship application is available both online in Xello and paper copies in Student Services. This $2000 scholarship will be awarded to students who best mirror the credit union philosophy of "people helping people" and who have learned the importance of volunteerism and giving back to his or her community. Deadline to apply is March 22.
ThedaCare is pleased to announce the 2024 Summer Volunteer Program where you can gain hands-on experience while positively impacting patients, visitors and staff. Students must be at least 16 years old by June 10, 2024. Students typically volunteer once a week for a 3-4 hour shift. If you are interested, the application and two letters of recommendation must be submitted by March 31. The application can be found in Student Services.
The Pacesetter of the Fox Cities scholarship application is now available for seniors involved in track or cross country. Last year (5) $500 scholarships were awarded with one going to a KHS student! Log into Xello for the online application. Deadline to apply is April 30.
Boys Tennis Organizational Meeting will be held on Monday, March 11th at 3:30 in the KHS library.
If you are interested in joining the team it is important that you attend this meeting. We will discuss important information and details regarding the team.
In the event that you cannot make the meeting, you can stop in the KHS office on Wednesday, March 13th to collect an informational packet.
Attention Juniors: Led by current West Point cadets, Summer Leaders Experience (SLE) is a week-long immersion into the academic, military, and social life of a West Point cadet. At SLE, you will explore West Point from all angles, including high-tech educational facilities, team-building athletic activities, and realistic military training. ?
SLE gives you a taste of the character, determination, commitment to excellence, and leadership skills required to become a cadet at West Point. ? Spend the week making friends with other students from all over the US who are applying to West Point. Priority application deadline is Friday, March 15 and will accept applications until April 15. Attention Breaking Boundaries Triathlon athletes and mentors. Please sign up for the BBT bonding session listed in Edficiency with Mr. Rogers on March 14th. We will meet in the Aux Gym. See you then!
Any students interested in playing football next year should attend a brief meeting Monday morning in the KHS auditorium at 7:30 AM. If you cannot make the meeting, please meet with Mr Binsfeld as soon as possible. |
