The Sept 23rd blood drive is right around the corner. If you are still interested in donating blood, please register with NHS students who are by the nurses office before school, at both lunches and after school. If you are unable to do that see Mrs. Miller-Flynn to register.
A rep from Michigan Tech University will be in Student Services TOMORROW during Flex time. Sign up if you are interested.
A rep from Carroll University and Hamline University will be in Student Services on Thursday, Sept 23 during Flex time. Sign up if you are interested.
Any students interested in taking an Early College Credit or Start College Now class this spring should see Mr. Binsfeld in student services before the October 1st deadline.
Attention all WRESTLERS. An official sign-up for the defending STATE CHAMPION WRESTLING TEAM will occur during FLEX TIME on WED Set 22 and THURS Sept. 23.Please sign up for MR. MATCZAK's flex time on Wednesday or Thursday to attend these meetings about the upcoming WRESTLING SEASON.
Student Services will be offering a field trip to the Wisconsin Education Fair at St. Norbert College on Sept. 29th. This will be a very short trip, leaving at 9:00 and returning to KHS at 10:45. At the fair, students will have the ability to talk to and gather information from over 80 colleges, military and universities from around the US. Stop in Student Services to pick up a permission slip.
Interested in attending Northeast Wisconsin Technical College or Fox Valley Tech? Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is hosting a Community Open House on Tuesday September 28th from 3-6 pm for students interested in the Trades, STEM, Public Safety, Transportation, and Energy and Wednesday, September 29th from 3-6pm for students interested in Health Sciences, Education, Business, Information Technology, and General Studies.
Fox Valley Technical College is hosting a Community Open House on October 5th from 3-6pm. Pre-registration is required for FVTC.
Seniors that attend an open house can apply for free at this event. Stop in Student Services for more information.
Attention Seniors: Several new scholarships have been posted in Xello, which includes a $20,000 Coca-Cola scholarship and 88 State winners with the Heisman High School Scholarship. Both scholarships have an October deadline date. If you have questions, stop in Student Services.
