Attention Seniors that plan to attend Fox Valley Tech in the Fall of 2022: The application is now posted in Xello to apply for over $800,000 in scholarships which benefited 1,000+ students last year. It's free and easy to apply. Stop in Student Services if you have any questions.
Seniors: The Calumet County Sportsmen's Alliance scholarship information is now available. If you plan to pursue a degree at the college or technical level in a conservation related field that supports the preservation of hunting, fishing and trapping and in good academic standing you are eligible for this scholarship. Submit your name and future school and area of study to your counselor today.
LEAD is also taking a trip to the Gurnee Mall on December 4th. To attend that trip you must go to see Kevin Meyer's in room E212.
Gamers Club will be starting up again this trimester on Mondays & Fridays in room F222 for 1st and 2nd lunch starting November 29th. Hang out in a smaller lunch setting with opportunities to meet new people, play video and board games, do puzzles, or just enjoy your lunch! Hope to see you!
Attention seniors: Senior t-shirts are being sold today in the Commons during both lunch hours. Short sleeve shirts are $13 and long sleeve shirts are $16. Any questions see Ms. Hochholzer or Ms. Xiong.
Attention: Freshmen and new athletes to the KHS Track and Field Program, please sign up in room E207 this week! If you have questions concerning track and field, please reach out to Coach Bibow via email.
A BIG THANK YOU goes out to the KHS students, staff and parents who donated blood at last week's blood drive. We collectively donated 13. 3 gallons of blood to the Community Blood Center, had the potential to save or enhance the lives of 318 lives and there were 18 first time donors.
In conjunction with Sources of Strength component of generosity, we also contributed 232 pounds of food to the Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry.
We had a drawing for gift cards for anyone who donated nonperishable food at the blood drive. Would the winners stop up and see Mrs. Miller-Flynn to pick out their gift card.If a parent won and the student is in the building, please pick up their gift card. The winners are:
