Under the agreement with Fox Valley Technical College, courses are offered at KHS, which may be taken for technical college credit or advanced standing. A student who successfully completes the course and meets pre-established criteria will be eligible to receive high school credit at KHS. These credits will meet KHS graduation requirements.
Awarding of advanced standing credit is at the discretion of Fox Valley Technical College based on industry and business standards. For Advanced Standing, the student must earn a B- or higher grade in the course.
For transcript credit, two grades will be issued. Based on the Kaukauna High School grading scale, the high school grade will be placed on the student’s high school transcript. The FVTC grade, based on the FVTC grading scale, will be the grade placed on the student’s FVTC transcript.
